Famous Dave's BBQ
The Chicago BBQ chain Famous Dave's has a wide menu, with some interesting choices. The catfish is above average, the side items are above average, the barbecue beef and pork are average quality. I give it 3 out of 5 stars. They have plans to expand 20-30 new restaurants by 2010. If they improve the quality of the meats, they could easily end up a 4 star, or even higher choice for Barbecue in Chicago. |
